Make this simply delicious drink to start your holidays the RIGHT way!


  • 1.5oz Barrel Aged Bluecoat Gin
  • 0.5oz Galliano
  • 0.75oz Mongibello 100% fresh squeezed blood orange juice
  • 0.5oz rosemary sage syrup
  • 4 dashes Peychaud's Aperitivo bitters
  • singed sage and rosemary


  1. Singe sage and rosemary sprig. Add to shaker tin
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice
  3. Shake it up!
  4. Double strain into chilled coupe glass
  5. Garnish with sage and rosemary
