SHELF LIFE:
3 years frozen and 60 days from thawing. Mongibello undergos only a heat treatment to preserve the juice’s organoleptic and nutritional features and a two months shelf life from the packing. To obtain the same result abroad, we ship the juices frozen, they are kept at -18 ° C and have a 2 years shelf life. Once defrosted, the juices go back to the 2 months shelf life if kept at 0/4°C.
