Holly Jolly Gin Fizz by ElusiveMooseDrinks
It drinks like a creamy soda packed full of orange, tart berry, and holiday spice flavors (my wife referred to it as Santa’s Fanta). It really is delicious and it’s a drink I’ll keep coming back to this season! Cheers y’all!
- 1.5 oz London dry gin (Tanqueray)
- 0.5 oz sloe gin (Hayman’s)
- 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup
- 0.5 oz Mongibello blood orange juice
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp cranberry preserves
- 6 drops spiced cranberry bitters (Bittermens)
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
- 4-6 oz sparkling water (Rambler)
Garnish: dehydrated blood orange slice (DEHY) Dry shake all ingredients except soda without any ice. Dry shake it good. Add ice and shake again, hard, for a good 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled Collins or fizz glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish and enjoy.
