Valentine’s Day Negroni by The Boozy Ginger
This one is a riff off a Negroni Sbagliato. Is it just me or is everything better with a little bubbly? And instead of Campari, I used the blood orange juice. I think this one has everything a girl could want for Valentine’s Day! ❤️
Valentine's Day Negroni
Ingredients:- 1 oz pink gin
- 1 oz Mongibello Blood orange juice
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz sparkling wine
Add gin, blood orange juice and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with sparkling wine.
