Ingredients: 

¾ oz Blended Scotch Whisky 

¾ oz Mongibello Juice Blood Orange Juice 

¾ oz Spanish Oloroso Sherry 

¾ oz Sour Cherry Liqueur 

1 Egg white  

Garnish with dehydrated blood orange and espresso powder 

Method: Shaken and strain
