Red Nosed Reindeer by CityGalCocktails

Ingredients:

• 1 spoonful of pomegranates
• 1 oz bourbon
• 1 oz Aperol
• 2 oz Mongibello Blood Orange Juice
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 3 dashes cardamom bitters

Directions: Muddle pomegranates, then add remaining ingredients to shaker. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice then shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with 3 pomegranate seeds.
